These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the marketing website at arpanet.com.tr, operated by Arpanet Bilişim A.Ş. They apply to this website only; use of any Arpanet product or service is governed by a separate agreement.
1. Parties and scope
This site is operated by Arpanet Bilişim A.Ş. (“Arpanet”), with its registered office at ODTÜ Bilişim İnovasyon Merkezi, Mustafa Kemal Mah. Dumlupınar Bulv. No: 280, Kat: 1, D: 115, Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye. These terms govern the relationship between Arpanet and anyone who visits and uses the site (“user”, “you”), and cover only this marketing website.
2. Definitions
“Site” means the marketing website published under the arpanet.com.tr domain; “Content” means all text, images, design, logos, trademarks and software on the site; “Products” means the Qevron, Calleague, Blab, Talky, SetGet, Sosyabot and Pickerman applications presented by Arpanet.
3. Acceptance and use
This site has no registration or acceptance checkbox; by accessing or using the site you are deemed to accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
4. Informational only — not a binding offer
Content on this site is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer, commitment or advice. Product and service information may change without notice; for pricing you need to contact us. Use of a product is subject to that product’s own separate agreement and terms.
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
The Arpanet name, logo, text, graphics, design, software and all content on this site are owned by Arpanet Bilişim A.Ş. or its licensors and are protected by national and international intellectual-property law. The product names Qevron, Calleague, Blab, Talky, SetGet, Sosyabot and Pickerman are trademarks used within the Arpanet group. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site in a way that disrupts or overloads it, by reverse-engineering it or attempting to circumvent its security, for unlawful purposes, or in breach of the rights of others. You may not scrape or bulk-collect the site’s content with automated tools, nor process it for any purpose — including training artificial-intelligence models — without our permission.

The site may link to the separate product websites and applications and to third-party resources, which are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Çankaya / Ankara — the company’s place of business — have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
